I began my time at MLB as a Replay Support Engineer, working with techs across the country to ensure all video feeds hit our Replay Operations Center cleanly and in time. I was quickly promoted to Engineer in Charge and would lead a team of my peers on a nightly basis. During the season I was communicating clearly and quickly with employees across the country to address issues affecting teams operations on baseball's biggest stage. During the off season I would install and maintain new technologies for the coming year.
